Employer Recognition

RCS Employment Services partners with Wisconsin Division of Vocational Rehabilitation and Hearthstone of Wisconsin, a Sheboygan-based advocacy group, to promote community awareness through program marketing. The three organizations sponsor an annual Sheboygan County Employer Recognition Luncheon, which recognizes the hundreds of area employers who have hired people with disabilities.

Employer of the Month awards recognize employers who provide work opportunities for people with disabilities. The Employer of the Month understands the value of hiring people with disabilities and is selected based on the employer's support and commitment for employees placed through RCS.
